We have experience in a broad range of industries and have been involved in the preparation and implementation of numerous management plans.

These range from framework environmental management plans, which define a project’s environmental policies and strategies for environmental management throughout its lifespan, to management plans aimed at particular activities. These include construction environmental management plans, coastal zone management plans, and sector specific management plans such as water quality of fisheries management plans.

Each management plan is project specific and ties into the greater monitoring and management activities of the project. We aim to ensure that the results from the plans are useful in the day to day management of the project, and provide meaningful indicators of the project’s impact on the environment in which it operates. Examples of these can be found in the Base Kwale and Base Toliara projects, as well as in all of our specialist studies.
